Since accomodations are located in an old farm, rooms pictures are shown only as examples.
We have double, triple and single bedrooms. Families and groups of friends will appreciate the possibility of requesting an extra bed. All rooms have a shower and toilet facilities and some have a balcony.
Voltrona Farm has been renovated without modifying its rural simplicity and the bedrooms therefore reflect this choice. There is no television or air-conditioning. They are simple, warm, essential and comfortable rooms.
Towels and sheets are provided. Towels are changed every three days. Sheets are changed once a week. If you use the same towels more than once you will help us to safeguard the environment. With your help, we will use less detergent, reduce water consumption, and use less power. Together, we will improve the quality of the environment! People with special requirements may request more frequent changes when booking or upon arrival. Additional changes of towels and sheets are free of charge.
Check in from 2pm to 8pm max.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy for rooms and single horseback riding tour:
- if you need to cancel the reservation from 7 days before the arrival date to 3 days before the arrival date we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for each reserved room/rooms and horseback riding tour.
- if you need to cancel the reservation within 2 days before the arrival we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount for each reserved room/rooms and horseback riding tour.
Reductions of the reserved number of nights will be considered like cancellation.
No show or earlier check out we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount for each reserved room/rooms and horseback riding tours.
Cancellation policy - Weekpackages on horseback:
A deposit of 10% is required at the moment of a confirmation of the booking. If the weekly package is cancelled we will keep the deposit as a cancellationfee up to 45 days before the date of arrival. If you need to cancell within 45 days we will charge the amount according the rules written hereinafter:
- 45 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit.
- 44-30 days before arrival, we will charge 20% of the total amount of the weekpackages.
- 29-20 days before arrival, we will charge 40% of the total amount of the weekpackages.
- 19-15 days before arrival, we will charge 60% of the total amount of the weekpackages.
- 14-7 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the total amount of the weekpackages.
- 6-0 days before arrival, we will charge 100% of the total amount of the weekpackages.
